建筑环境与设备工程09170217赵振波指导教师李春娥讲师摘要本次设计任务是苏州市金惠大厦的空调系统设计,其建筑总面积为8619.67m2,,建筑高度为52.2m。在空调冷负荷计算的基础上,通过方案比较,确定一、二,十三层为全空气系统,三~十二层为风机盘管加新风系统。全空气系统的气流组织采用上送上回的形式。在风机盘管加新风系统中,新风机组不承担室内负荷,新风由机组处理后直接送入各个房间。水系统设计选用闭式同程循环,由于该楼宇的空调总负荷,冷源选择螺杆式冷水机组。基于假定流速法进行风系统和水系统的水力计算,据此进行相关空调设备的选型。此外,对设备的减噪防震以及管道的保温也做了必要设计,满足空调系统的舒适性需求。关键词:空调系统;全空气系统;水力计算;舒适性.AbstractAcomfortableair-conditioningsystemisdesignedforJinhuibuildinginSuzhoucity.Thetotalarchitecturalareaandthearchitecturalheightofthisbuildingare8619.67m2and52.2m,respectively.Basedonthecalculatedresultsofcoolingloadandthecomparisonofvariousair-conditioningpatterns,aall-airsystemandtheindividualprimaryairfancoilsystemsareadoptedforthefirst,second,thirteenlayerandthethreetothetwelvelayersrespectively.Theairdistributionmethodoftheall-airsystemisceilingairsupplyandairreturn.Thefreshairisprocessedbythefreshairhandlingunitsthatcannotaffordthecoolingloadsofeachroomandthensenttoeachroomdirectly.AScrewtypechillerisselectedasthecoldsourceduetothetotalcoolingloadofthisbuilding.Onthebasisofassumingvelocitymethod,thehydrauliccalculationsofairsystems,chilledwatersystems,andcoolingwatersystemsarecarriedouttodeterminethetypeselectionsofair-conditioningequipments.Inaddition,reductionofnoiseandshock-resistantforequipmentsandthepipeswithtemperaturekeepingarealsoconsideredinordertomeetthecomfortablerequirementofthisair-conditioningsystem.Keywords:air-conditioningsystem;all-airsystem;hydrauliccalculation;comfortable.一、概述(一)原始资料 1.室外参数苏州市夏季,干球温度:35℃;湿球温度:28.3℃;空调日平均温度:31.3℃;空气流速2.6m;大气压力:1025.2kPa;纬度:北纬31032´2.室内设计参数基于《民用建筑供暖通风与空气调节设计规范》GB50736-2012和金惠大厦的房间布局,其空调房间的设计参数如表1所示:表1金惠大厦各房间空调设计参数房间使用性质
